Join Me at The Embodiment Conference 2020 • Oct 14-25 • Free • Online • Global

Just because we’re staying at home doesn’t mean we’re under less stress or pressure or that we’re sitting at our computers any less — head forward, shoulders raised. In fact, we’re doing everything at once in multiple domains, often without much other activity, whilst trying to maintain the semblance of normalcy. That’s why what I’m about to tell you will be so helpful, and I want to make sure you don’t miss this opportunity for learning, transforming, and global community.

I’m delighted to be part of The Embodiment Conference, with presenters and participants from around the world. It is an amazing opportunity to come home to your body and learn from stellar teachers, educators, and practitioners. It’s virtual, held live, and FREE to all online. Among the keynote speakers are Peter Levine, Joseph Goldstein, Tom Myers, Gabor Maté, Tara Brach, and Richard Strozzi Heckler.

Conference “channels” encompass yoga, leadership, dance, creativity, trauma and social change, intimacy, martial and healing arts, meditation, breathwork, coaching and body therapy, anatomy, ecology, and research. The event is unique in size, but also in how it is deigned to help you find the sessions you’ll love and to connect with others using new technology.

You’re invited to my hands-on session, where we will embody a more easeful state of being — mind, body, emotions, and spirit: A Somatic Exploration of Headaches, Migraine, and Myofascial Pain, on October 15, 6-7 PM PDT, Martial & Healing Arts Channel. Tight, sore necks and shoulders especially welcome!
