I return to Path 11 Productions to talk about how headache and migraine sufferers can manage their pain with posture and hands-on therapies, while avoiding the side effects of pain preparations, including more frequent, intense migraines. Listen to my podcast Episode 166 here.
I loved being a guest on Dr. Paula Joyce’s radio show, “Uplift Your Life: Nourishment of the Spirit,” to talk about the deeper energetic ways that headache and migraine sufferers can heal. She and I are simpatico souls, whose mission is to empower people to follow their personal paths of healing and take charge of their life and health. Thank you, Dr. Paula Joyce for having me on! *

“Pain, disease, and conditions of the body are treatable, and even curable, in ways that we haven’t understood until recently. The dominant belief that headaches and migraines are not curable has led to unnecessary suffering and addictions. There is a way out of this when we choose to take charge of our own health. I have learned this for myself, and I no longer get migraines or serious headaches. If I feel the beginning of a headache, I can get rid of it in minutes. Many researchers point to data that headaches change the brain and you need the medications. What they don’t tell us is that the brain is also capable of healing itself and changing back to a condition of health. The path to healing involves taking a close look at the way we live, including our diet, relationships, and how we deal with our current and past emotions, stresses, and traumas. Please join us Thursday to learn how to take back your life and defeat migraines and headaches.”
Also, the link in the first line of the above review goes to my book’s page on Amazon UK, which has its first review, ending with the tasty tidbit:
Bottom line: since using this approach I have had many fewer migraines (having suffered regularly, sometimes for several days at a time), and can clear them in less than an hour (sometimes a few minutes) when they arise. This is essential reading for anyone whose life is regularly disrupted by tension headaches or migraines.
Now that reader is tackling the book and his or her headaches by taking action — taking the ball, and running with it! Way to go . . . and I’m so glad I could help!
